Tell us a little about your background:

I graduated from Hereford High School and attended West Texas State.  I worked in insurance and real estate in Amarillo, TX.  I married Gloria 30 years ago.  We have 5 kids between us and are blessed with 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  I worked in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area in home improvement for 16 years prior to coming to Jones & Associates.

How long have you worked at Jones & Associates and what do you do?

I’ve worked here for 4 years.  I am an estimator/salesman.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

I like helping people solve problems with their home and seeing the dramatic change.

What suprised you most about working here?

Quality people with ongoing positive attitude and quality of appointments.

What are some of your hobbies when you’re not working?

Golf, movies with Gloria and dining out!

If someone writes a biography about you, what do you think the title should be?

“What a Journey!”

What is the best vacation you ever went on?

Royal Caribbean Cruise and a trip to Hawaii.

What is something you’ve always wanted to try?

I’d like to try parachuting.

What is something most people don’t know about you?

I got started in the home improvement business in Sacramento, California and worked there for 8 years.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years?

Hopefully, still kicking and swinging a golf club and enjoying life with Gloria and our family.

 

Earl is a wonderful estimator!  He is such an asset to the team.  I hope everyone enjoyed getting to know Earl a little better as much as I did!
