Employee Spotlight/Lara Bidwell

*I was born in Hereford, TX.  I was raised for the most part in Ropesville, TX and graduated high school from there.  I was raised by the best single mother I know, and a very protective big brother.  I went to South Plains College to get my associates degree in Public Relations.  I met my fiance’ on Thanksgiving day 2012, and he proposed May 30th, 2014.  Our wedding is July 18th.

*This is my 3rd week at Jones & Associates.  I handle any lead inquiries that we get via phone or email.  I also handle contacting past customers to try and gain new leads.

*I love this job because I know that I’m helping people.  Being able to talk to people on the phone and getting to know their situation is very rewarding.

*I knew this was a great company to work for and I knew the Jones family had an awesome reputation, but I was surprised by how welcomed I felt here.  Everyone treats me like a new family member and I love that!

*My hobbies mostly include spending time with friends and family.  I love traveling, spending time with my 3 dogs, and dabbling with photography when I get the chance.

*I think a good title for my biography would be “The Classy Redneck”.

*I have been blessed with several family vacations, but one of my favorites was when I got the opportunity to spend a week in Mexico with my best friend.

*I’ve always wanted to go skydiving!

*Most people don’t know that I’m accident prone.

*In 20 years, I would like to be somewhere that I love working (here looks good), raising a healthy family with my husband, and helping and serving our community as best we can.

We are so proud to have Lara as part of the Jones & Associates team.  She’s doing a great job!  I hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know Lara as much as I have.
