Getting to know Ginger

 

 

Tell us a little about your background:

I have 3 brothers and grew up in Lubbock and Hale County area.  I have been
married going on 22 years and have a wonderful 17 year old son.

How long have you worked at Jones & Associates and what do you do?

I started working here October 23, 1995, so I am in my 19th year.  I am the
office manager.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

When customers tell me they were not expecting to be able to get the loan to
do their work and I call them with the approval and having a positive effect
in people’s lives.

What are some of your hobbies when you’re not working?

Crafts, anything to do with music, spending quality time with my family and
friends.

If someone writes a biography about you, what do you think the title should
be?

What is the best vacation you ever went on?

In 1998 my husband, son and all the rest of my family went to Colorado and
stayed in the Continental Ranch Cabins on Clear Creek for a week.  Fishing,
hiking, cooking on a wood burning stove.  Lots of quality time with my whole
family.

What is something you have always wanted to try?

I have always wanted to enter a benefit walk.

What is something that most people don’t know about you?

I was born with a birth defect and I am physically handicapped but can do
pretty much anything when I put my mind to it.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years?

Bouncing grand babies on my knees 🙂
